Boat Camp 2022

Come and join us in Atlantis this summer! 

Boat Camp runs from Tuesday 23rd to Friday 26th August, 9.30am - 3.30pm.  We will be playing games and enjoying a variety of fun challenges and activities both on and off the water with an Atlantean theme, all aimed at helping young sailors to improve their sailing skills and make new friends, under the supervision of a team of volunteer RYA instructors. Plans are also afoot for the usual model boat race (so remember your recycled items!) and evening BBQ.

To take part, sailors must be able to sail to RYA Stage 2 or equivalent standard, with either a certificate or having been observed to be at that standard by a club SI, and aged under 14 years.

Your child will need a boat if they don't have their own so please add boat hire to your booking form and we will ensure that some of the double handers, Oppis and Toppers will be made available for the activities. Children are welcome to sail their own boat of course.

Places are available on a first come, first served basis. Be aware that we will require payment before places are allocated and that just 18 places are available. Boat Camp this year is £100 per child for the full four days. Please bring a packed lunch.

Boat Camp is not an RYA course and will not lead to us awarding RYA sailing certificates.  It is open to members only.
